At Earthquake, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Earthquake account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
